Yes. Avenue Cleaning Services provides the cleaning supplies needed for your scheduled cleaning, so you don't need to worry about having cleaning products ready for us.

Is my preferred date automatically booked?

No. Dates and times submitted through the website are requests. Your appointment is only confirmed once Avenue confirms availability with you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling a cleaning. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total cleaning price.
